Complaint Review: American Independent Capital Group - Sam Arnold - Beijing

I am one of over a dozen "assistants", "secretaries", and "receptionists" hired and fired by Sam Arnold of American Independent Capital Group in last year.  I was fired because I refused to have sex with him after he tried to get me drunk working late in the office one night.  Others were fired because they talk the truth about AICG and loans that never come. Sam Arnold forces employees to lie to customers or they do not get paid.  He also holds the passports of foreign brokers who work for him and if they do not say and do as he wants, he gets them deported from China.  I work for AICG for almost one full year and I do not meet one happy customer who get money from AICG.

When Sam Arnold gets drunk or high (on drugs) he will brag about how he cheat people all over the world and how nobody can stop him in China because he marry a Chinese woman (Li Dong Ling who also introduces herself as Linda). He even boast how he cheat his own brother and neighbor in American.

At least seven Chinese employees quit after they learn truth about Sam Arnold and his criminal activity in America and China. They are threatened with violence if "you do not keep your mouth shut".  One client even come into office to attack Sam Arnold but he hide in office and lock door.

Since all this bad publicity come on internet, he no longer sign any paper and make his long-time friend John Vickers from Australia the company president to make people believe he no longer owns company with his wife. This is just one of many trick he use. Employees never get paid everything that is owed and if they complain they get fired like me.  Sam Arnold still owes me $4,000 rmb and he tells me that if I make problems for him he will tell my boyfriend that I slept with him (not true).

Sam Arnold is evil man and John Vickers pretend to be a born again Christian to win trust of western people. Mr. Arnold also make him marry a Chinese girl after police come to office asking questions six months ago.  Sam Arnold now use phony press and news release on internet to trick people to believe he can get them loan money. He only sign contract with these people, take their fee money up front and then do nothing. He not get loans for anyone in last year. He also pay people $1,000 per month to answer phone and say good things about AICG (lies). I know because he ask me to help him find people to do this and I refuse.  I also know that Police and FBI from America ask Chinese government to send him back to America to go jail but Sam marry Linda and get legal residents in China.

Things on AICG web site are fabricated and he still use photos of old employees who left company many months ago. People must know truth about this bad man who force or bribe others to help him cheat people. Now that I move out of Beijing I feel safe to say the truth to everyone.
