Complaint Review: American independent car insurance

I had accident on feb 26 2013 my truck was total & i got hurt by one of American indepentent car insurance policy holder after 2 weeks running around with them to can get answer finaly they claim that that the accident is reported << police report not enough>> thy give me dif # with ext # and name of Andrew Martin suppose to be my claim adjuster  I call him monday left first voicemail !! no call back nxt day call again no answer left two voicemails nxt day call again same thing over & over I call the 1800 after 47 min on hold thy give me his suprvisore ext < Steve> call him left voicemail ! no call back !! almost 4 weeks now cant get any where loosing my business can pay my bills running out of my few extra $$ i saved , I work for my self & I only have one truck !! i cant get rental cze I dont have credit card .

I ll make sure this ad will be all over the internet .
