Complaint Review: American Landmark Fence Company

American Landmark Fence Company is not a good company to do business with. They clearly do not respect their clients enough to assume responsibility for any damage they caused and subpar construction.

After they damaged the utility lines, they claimed that they were unmarked, even after one of their own employees acknowledged that they received a clearance for the utility lines from the companies who own them. Their incompetence is further evidenced with their use of a top rail as a ground post and illegal immigrant workers to do the job.

I have checked with two other reputable fence companies and they've agreed that American Landmark's methods should not be considered common practice.
