I purchased hair removal treatment on October 21, 2006 for $2,375.80 for my daughter  , who was a senior in high school.

She began treatments and has been in treatment for the past 3 years. At this time, She has only 20% (and that is being very generous) of the hair removed. I informed ALC the treatments were not working several times and was told she had to keep coming.  In April 2009, the employees at the Knoxville office agreed and said she was nonresponsive. They requested we take pictures and submit them for a refund which we did in April 2009.  The corporate office told them she had to keep coming for treatments.

She has made every one of her scheduled appointments. We were told at our initial consultation that we could get our money fully refunded if the treatments did not work.

I called customer service 10-29-09  (877-252-8007) requesting a refund. I was told they do not give refunds. The guarantee is to continue treatment. When She goes to her November appointment she will be starting her 4th year of treatments. I think we have been more than patient in complying with their treatment plan and I want my money back. I have no complaints about the employees, only that the treatments simply did not work on my daughter. 20% or less hair removal is not acceptable or satisfactory.

Can you please help get my money back?
