BUYER BEWARE!!!

This place makes huge claims that their laser treatments can get rid of wrinkles & cellulite which is not true at all.  In fact, when a member of their staff was doing anti cellulite/firming laser treatment on my tummy, they left multiple permanent scars & pigmentation damage.  The manager there was nice enough to try to get me to come back in for more treatments at no cost to "fix" the damage which hasn't helped at all.     No offer for a refund of any sort.

I have been requesting my complete file with notes & before/after pictures (which shows there was no damage before visiting them) from their corporate office for months now & they continue to ignore me.  Totally unprofessional.  No improvement in what I originally went in for - now worse off - damaged & permanently scarred.  I will be requesting a full refund!!!    DON'T waste your money here!

From what I have read, tons of people are basically going through the same type stuff with this company.  Looks like it is time to file a class action lawsuit!

Hello,

I am sorry to hear about your ordeal. There are remedies that you should consider. Lasers are governed by the FDA under 21 CFR 1040.10-11. Do you know what equipment was used? If you do, you can file an FDA form 3500A for mandatory reporting. You can report the practitioner, the facility, and the equipment used. In reality, because this is mandatory reporting, the center should report it themselves to the FDA, however, this never or rarely happens.

Furthermore, you should consider hiring a lawyer and filing a malpractice lawsuit. There are clear guidelines for each FDA cleared equipment. If the equipment is not FDA cleared, better for your lawsuit.

Laser Hair Removal is an area where the practitioners don't consider themselves medical professionals, and they don't consider their customers patients. Remember- you are a patient, and the equipment used is a medical device. You can file a complaint with your state attorney general, and you can also go the your state department of health. You can have these people investigated for violations, and you are likely to help prevent this from occurring in the future.
