I won a $300 coupon for ALC that I entered on the internet and went this past Saturday for a consultation in Dallas, Texas. I was really excited because I have always wanted to get rid of some facial hair so I decided to go for it.

I applied for a Credit account and went through the whole process. I think I was caught up in the moment. So I set up an appointment and that same day I started thinking about the whole committment and the money I would be spending and I decided that I was NOT going to do this. I am in a financial budget and this just wasn't the time to do this.

So Monday I called to cancel and I heard the same story no refund because of the sheet I signed that says "I fully understand and agree to the treatment area(s) that will be treated and the nonrefundable fee I will pay for my treatments." This is very vague!!! NO services were provided and I should get 100% refund. Funny that was the only copy they did not give me and they DID NOT tell me anything about a no refund policy the day I signed up!!!

So I told her where is that on all the paperwork that I have and she said that I had left it there with her, which is not true because supposedly she had given me all the paperwork!

She said she was going to give my case to the office manager and she did not call me that same day. So I called the next day and supposedly she was not going to go in until later on.

So explained everything to my sister and brother in law and they said that was not right. So we all went to the office and the office manager was there so she had to talk with us. She gave us the same story and said they could not give any refunds! The account could only be transferred to someone else or I could get a different treatment plan.

So I told her that I looked up this company on the internet and I did see that one company on the BBB did give a refund so it is possible. And she said well it depends on the situation. She said that she would forward my case to the regional manager and blah, blah, blah.

So the RM called me the next day and she told me the same thing and i told her i m going to get a lawyer and she said that if i contact their legal team they are going to tell me the same thing!

Still i m so upset. I want my money back. They did not provide any services.what this company is doing is wrong I m going to fight until i get my money back.

Do not fall for the free money it's a scam. This company should give refunds because not one single thing was done to me! I did contact the credit co. and am filing a dispute and will also complain to the BBB. This co. does not deserve to be in business from what I heard the they do not even have a doctor in that office they don't have any professional people doing the work that is scary! Anything can happned you can get scarred or get burned! It's not worth and I m not going to risk that with them!!!!

Clarifying Credit Account

I am disputing the amount that was charged whic was around $2000 and not the $300 coupon that I supposedly won.

I pray the credit company will see that no services were given and not the sheet I signed which says "nonrefundable" and give me a full refund!!

I'm confuzed. You posted about getting a "credit account" with ALC, so I guess you agree to a course of treatment and agreed to put it on your ALC charge account. Or, are we talking about the "$300" you won? I suspect if you dispute the charge you will win because no services were rendered.
