Complaint Review: American Laser Skincare

Had me to sign a false pretent contract, Tech/ manager had me to sign this contract while I was in treatment. after, I was made a copies of this contract, nothing on the contract was written as stated in the consultion we had. Manager stated thier service with the Vella and Zorona treatment will remove my celluites and reduce my Inches around my waist,hip, thighs and butt in 6 treatmeats. also, stated it was a non invastive plainless treatment. I explained to everyone in this office that I was only inteteresed only in cellulite removal. They told me about the Vella and Zorona treatment that will help the cellulites. They offered me 3 treatments plans that range from $6500-$4500. I told them that, this was to expensive for me. so the Manager spoke with the regional manager and they came up with a package deal to treat my cellulite for $4500 using the Vella and Zorona at 24 treatment, that they will give me the hair removal for free if I take this package. I decided to go ahead with thier servives as long as will remove the cellulite. they highly recommended this treatment. I peoceeded with the treatent that day. during the treatment the manager can into my treatment room while I was underdoing the Zorona treatment and rusted me to sign the contract, Now, I thought that this contract was wriiten up per our conversersation during the consultation. but, it wasn't even right,,, after veiwing this contract after my treatment, I saw that it was written up wrong. So i brought this up to the Manager attention, and she didn't really wont to hear it, all she did was told me if I had hair on my lips, that she can give that to me for free. I told her i didn't have hair on my lips. This concerned me very much. after that, I knew something was very wrong with this company. But, since it was my second visit and I did sign the contract, I decided to continue my service.

I found out that they scamed me into signing this contract and scamed me into believing thier treatment with the Zorona and the Vella treatment will remove my cellulites. I can 12 treatments and no seened results period. The Vella treatment is very painful and I had been burned and burised on every treatment. I asked them to cancel the contract mulit time after stating to the manager that I was unhappy. she stated to continue my treatments that I am not giving it a change. I told her that this is a very painful treatment and if I get to 24 treatment and I don't see a diffrence, all it going to do is make me even more upset. they said it was going to work again. well, it not working. then she when she stated to me that she was not a mine reader and she didn't know when it was going to work. then I asked agiain for my money back and she said no, we do not refund. I spoke to the reginal Manager and she just wanted to give me more treatments. no refunds. I research this company and Wow! there is so many stories of unhappy people...and story about them being scared and burned. I think this company need to shut down and I am looking to seek a class action suit for the pain and suffing I endured. I have a jonrney of date and times of what was said by everyone and I have before and after pictures. and picture of the my buried and burned skin.
