american law division jason hobert they called me and said i had and affidavit against me from cashadvance.com and i needed to pay them to settle it los angelas, California
jason hobert called me from american law division to tell me that cashadvance.com has filed an affidavit against me claiming that a payment had been returned with nonsufficiant funds. In order to keep it out of court i needed to pay them $221.00.
He said i would be charged with check fraud and 2 other offences. He sid if i didnt do it right away he would have to go the court house the very next day. I looked them up on the internate and found several sights saying they were a scam.
He already had all my info., my email, bank account, routing number, address, ssc#, and telephone #. I called him back and asked for the cashadvance sights info. He said he could not give me any of that. I asked if i should have rrecived anything in the mail from them first and he said yes, but i never had.
I looked up my bank statement from the date he said the loan was from and i had no returned items on there. I told him i wasnt paying and i would see him in court. I will have to wait and see what happens.
If anyone else has had this post it up here, maybe eventual something will be done about them.

The next time he calls tell him that a very strong death curse has been put on him. Tell him if he continues to call the hex will get very strong and he will die a horrible death. If he wants it removed it will cost over 900 million dollars and he will have 1 hour to come up with the money if he is 1 minuite late the curse will be with him for the rest of his life

I had a man with a middle eastern accent saying he was John Wright call me 3 times today. He finally was able to get a hold of me at work. He said the authorities have already been notified and that I have 3 charges against me. He told me that money had been deposited into my account, which it never had, and that they went to withdraw for payment and it had insufficient funds so they were filing a lawsuit. WTF, so what now the cops are going to come after me???!!! After I told him that no money had ever been deposited into my account he was very quick to get off the phone. He said papers would be sent to my employer that would explain everything within the next 2 days. So now what am I supposed to do, be arrested for money I never got?! Someone please help!!!!

If this scammer has a middle eastern accent then its a scam . The next time he or she calls tell this scammer that they are nothing but s scumbag scammer and to go f*ck themselves.
If you want to have some fun with the caller that a very bad curse has been put on them and if they call again tell them that this curse will cause something very bad will happen to him and other members to the family. The next time they call tell them the curse in effect as of right now
