Complaint Review: American law divison (cashnetusa)

On June 9,2010 i receive a call at work from a man name david cooper with american law divison.My supervisior ask me if i knew him i said no i have no clue who he is so he got his phone number and information down on a sheet so i can call him on my break.I went on break and later realize he call me on my cell and left a voice mail saying i need to pay for a loan it's a serious matter or eles i need to go to court on monday if i don't take care of it right away. I return his call  when i went on break and it went to a cell number that is 310-601-8699 so i left a message to return my call.He didn't return it till the next morning which was 6-10-10 at 8:30am.He stated his name is david cooper he with is american law divison and trying to collect on a payday loan i took in FEB 2010 on behalf of cashnetusa a payday loan company online.I was in shock as to wth he was talking about because i never took any loan from that company.He was indian from the accent he was speaking with an american name that just didn't make sense to me at all.I ask him what day exactly  was the loan deposited?he told me he don't know what day but he said it was for $300 and now it's $700 because of late fee and charges.He told me if i didn't pay he will sue me for $7000 with court and attorney fees.I call my bank to search any deposits for that whole month of feb and they said there was nothing .deposit from that loan or amount of $300.I call him back to ask more as to my acc # he read back the wrong acc # by one digit and he did get my ss # and work infor right.He was reading some kind of affidavist to me if i didn't pay.I ask him to give me the number to cashnetusa and he didn't but i was at rage argueing with him for a good 40 mins so he gave me this #1866-978-4558.I dail the number and it's another indian man name black thomas and i told him i need to know the loan information that they said i owe them he said i need to call david cooper and talk to him and before that he put me on hold.When he put me on hold i could hear this strange ringtone i recall while calling david cooper and then he started speaking in indian to another person which sounded like david cooper in the background telling him what to say.I was more piss and told him i could hear david cooper in the same room with him and  his voice started to raise high and we were going at it.I told him he was a scam and bsing me because i ask them to fax or give some kind of proof that the loan was deposit they said no they can't do that.Don't be fool by these scamer!!!
