I received a phone call at 8:55 a.m. today from someone saying he was Henry Taylor saying he was representing PCS.  He threatened me with a lawsuit against me and my social security.  When I asked him who he was representing he said American Legal Services.  Then I asked him for his license number to do business in Indiana.  He refused and tried to talk over me.  He finally gave me a person he called his manager a Mr. Thomas who also threatened me with a lawsuit.  I again asked for his license number to practice in Indiana and said I would contact the Indiana Attorney General's office to see if he was legitimate.  They wanted to know the name of my attorney and I refused to give them any information until I checked him out. At that point the conversation ended.

They said they were representing a company called Cash Advance USA with whom I have never done business.

The ID number when they called me was:  000-000-0000 which is offshore.  The number they left on my answering machine to call them was 347-441-0578.

This is a scam.  Do not respond to them.

I believe this is the same company only a different name who called me 2-3 months earlier threatening and whom I had the sheriff call to get information which they refused.  I hadn't heard from them until Friday when they left 3 messages on my answering machine within 10 minutes of each other.

They know they are scammers the next time they call tell them to stick it were the sun don't shine. If you want to have some fun with them tell them a very bad curse has been put on them they believe in this.
