Complaint Review: american leisure card

I got a phone call one night from a man named Adam Applegate, saying that i was approved for a mastercard with the amount of $2,000 if i would give them $200 ahead. i really needed to build my credit and have been trying to get a credit card for a while, plus he said i would be recieving $100 in coupons for gas at random gas stations.

Not thinking this through i gave them my acount number and a date when they were allowed to take the money out. Adam told me my new card would be coming in the mail in about 10 days. He gave me a number if i ever had any questions.

A month went by with no signs of the card so i called the number. it says that they are unconstruction and to try back later. thats when i realized it was all a scam, that i wasn't getting a card, and people had stolen $200 from me, which i CAN NOT afford right now!
