I got a call from an American Leisure Rep/ on July 17th. I went through the entire presentation and was told that if I could cancel at any time. I asked was the card a "secured card" and was repeatedly told no.

The next day, I thought about it and called back and requested that my transaction would be cancelled. Of course, I was asked why and I explained that I was mislead during the conversation. The operator told me that I would have to listen to the tape of my conversation to determine whether or not I was mislead.

After listening to the recording it was established that I was indead mis;ead. I was then told that I would have to complete a form stating why I wanted a refund. I received the form July 27th.

I completed the form in detail and returned it promptly. The letter that they sent me stated it took 30 days for reivew and refund and to accept the package when it came. To this date I never received a package.

Thirty days passed and I called the 800 number. The recording told me that the phone services had been suspended and for more information to go to www.bayareabusinesscouncil.com. I went to that site several times to check on the pending fraudulent case against the company.

I tried to check it today and that site no longer exists. All I want is my money back. I feel as though, I cancelled things in enough time to stop the withdrawl process.
