I answered a free trial TV advertisement.  Over the phone I was offered other savings which I refused.  A few days later, I received 2 mailings welcoming me as a member.  I immediately called the numbers to request cancellation.  A recording offers  a cancellation by website, which does not even exist.  I finally got a live person who kept pushing me to accept the offer with no charge for free trial.  I firmly said NO.

When I checked my bank account I found out that they began to charge my account already, without my authorization.  They had my account number through the TV ad free trial product.  This is wrong and illegal.  Through blogs I see that many others are being charged monies without their authorization.  The only way to stop them is to discontinue your charge card.  It takes some of your time, but it is worth it.

I am angry and am also posting to whatever other fraud websites that are out there, and encourage all of you to do the same.  They need to be put out of business immediately.  They need to be reported.  Let's all do what we can.
