American Leisure Monthly Charge to Credit Card Baltimore Maryland

American Leisure charge my company credit card $16.95 without merit. I placed a call to 2 different phone numbers. The first went to American Leisure, the second went to Easy Saver. You are immediately put on hold with a message that says you have a MINIMUM wait time of 3 minutes. If you cannot wait you can go to their website cancel.americanleisure.com and cancel your account. However there is no website and you ahve no account. You are then directed to send them an email if you want to cancel o encore marketing, which again goes nowhere.

I had one of our staff stay on hold for over 45 minutes and the call was never picked up. You are constantly being told if you cannot hold please send an email.
