Complaint Review: American Limousine Sales

This is the worst company to buy a limousine from. We purchased a 2011 Stretch Camaro for over 58,000.00. When we arrived to inspect the car we noticed a vibration and hitting under the car. We were going to back out, but the manager said they would fix it. They put us in a hotel. The next morning they took the shaft off and went to a company near LA to have it checked, and they American Limousine said it was just the union,and they said it was fixed.They also cut out the floor support under the car, because the shaft was flexing and hitting it We drove it and it seemed better. On our way across country back to Pennsylvania it started getting bad.We didnt think we were going to make it back. We called them when we were just outside of LA to let them know it was NOT fixed. They said to send the drive shaft out to Missouri to have it balanced and they would pay for it once we got back. I shipped the drive shaft out, and once the company got it, they said it was never balanced at all. And that American Limousine did take it to their sister company in LA area, but when they were told it needed balanced, they refused it, and installed the shaft anyway. To this day almost a year later, they never paid for it. They were also suppose to make 2 carpet runners for us, 8 months later still no carpet runners. Be careful before you buy...They lost our business, we will never buy a limousine from them again.
