I had been charged an extra $350 on my credit card without any notification. They said someone threw up, a charge of $300 plus the $50 cash that they said we had to pay the driver when we got on the bus. We paid the $50, that is the first thing that the driver asked for before started on our trip, which was given to the driver. At the end of the evening we asked the driver if she wanted us to take the trash and she said yes. My sister and I went through and cleaned that bus ourself to make sure nothing was left behind. We did not see or smell any vomit. Every seat on that bus was full, if someone would have thrown up it would have been obivious to anyone.

I feel if there is going to be a charge they should inspect the bus bring that to your attention before you leave the bus. I had a additional limo reserved for the day of the wedding 11/27/09. After numerous phone calls and finally emails I finally notified them by email that it was my formal request to cancel their service for the wedding. I received an email back from and Andrea the Office Manager I believe stating "done see you in court". This was a week before the wedding and 3 weeks after the original service date. Just what anyone needs when planning a wedding for their daughter. The showed no class what so ever and beleive me the last thing I was looking for was any conflict. Their only intention was to be a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!
