This company promessed me a loan modification after he collected $3800 checks from Bank of America. I never hear anything from this company since December 2012. Mr Brennan is a liar he told me that he negotiated my modification with my mortgage company asset management that was a big lied. Do not even trust this company for once. At first Mr Brennan sounded like a person you can trust but don't feel for that. He is a real scam and he knows how to do it well. I will do anything to get my money back from this company. Please let me know if you can help. I am willing to pay a lawyer half of that money
