This company consistantly violates their owe written and vebal agreements, and will go to any length to overbill their customers. They also often fail to actually help customers save their home from foreclosure. Any money you give them, to hold on your behalf with the explicit understanding that it must be returned upon completion of your case, will be held for agregiously long amounts of time, even after repeated demands for it. Avoid them and you will be better off.

US LOSS MITIGATION IS A VERY GREEDY AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT NEVER GETS RESULTS!

I have found out of over 40 cases submitted to them, I end up working on most myself! They have never been curtious or gracious to me- any of them! I call that unprofessional! They have also been canceling my pending files and trying to get me to pay more then an additonal $250 to get them to continue to work on the cases they already started! I'm now strapped with several cases heading for foreclosure in the next two weeks and getting no refund from them! This is unjust! They should have had it in their contracts that this could take place, but it never was! I have contacted most of the lenders only to find that they never submitted a complete pkg either- i think this business is nothing but a scam, just like they have been saying all along on the news reports- anyone listen to Rush Limbah the other day? His report was on this very topic! Don;t ever do business with Us Loss Mitigation/ Schultz and Schultz- Unskilled in dealing with real mitigation companies! Just do it yourself and save the headache!

I have not found this to be true!

I have worked with this company on many cases for 6 months to help people with their mortgage probems. I have found the opposite to be true about them. They work very hard to negotiate a positive outcome for their clients. When cases have arisen, where money needed to be refunded, they have always lived up to their end of the contract. In most cases, I was impressed with the fairness shown to the consumer, with regards to refunding money.

I am sure that you can not make all of the people happy all of the time, however, in this case, I know they go above and beyond what you could expect from anyone.

TO THE ATTENTION OF ALL READERS:

THE US LOSS MITIGATION HAS NO RELATIONSHIP TO THIS COMPLAINT - WE DO NOT HAVE A CLIENT BY THIS NAME LOCATED IN NEW YORK.

IN ADDITION, THERE IS NO BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OTHER COMPANY ENTERED IN THIS PHONY COMPLAINT.

THIS IS JUST AN UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT TO DERAIL A GOOD AND LONG STANDING COMPANY NAME AND REPUTATION.

I have read this, and I am baffled at the professionalism of both the individual and this so call consumer protection company. It as always been any legitimate organization policy, to require proof of the complaint, documents something to show they were even clients.

That being said, this office has never had a client name Catherine in New York and by reading the obvious text it appears to be more of a competitor trying to smear a company with a flawless track record of consumer services, we have a great Customer Service department.

NOTE: The Plurals, i.e. (consistently, customers, actually help customers, any monies give(n) them). This is obviously a phoney complaint, if not they have the opportunity to prove they were a client, but again we do not have any clients in New York, just in Virginia. We also have no relationship with U.S. Loss Mitigation at all.
