ANYONE HERE CAN SEE THE FALSE STATEMENTS BILLY GATCHELL MADE ABOUT HIS UNCLE FRED. FREDDY DID WORK AND WAS PRESIDENT OF THISCOMPANY LIKE I SAID HE WAS. BILLY TRIED TO LIE AND IT WAS PROVEN SO.

Well, I finally broke down and spent a little money (8 cents per page-93 document filings) to download the actual documents of the Federal District Court case that Robert the liar Krutko did not lose. LMAO.

August 8, 2006: Krutko signed for receipt of certified, return receipt requested letter to Laura Krutko (president, Reef Snorkeling Adventures Inc.) Letter demanded payment of dockage and other fees that are owed to Ocean Keys Resort (owned by Seaboard.) No payment by RSA for dockage fees for the period of December, 2005 through November 2006. Letter also informs RSA that if the billing isn't paid that the boat will be sold 60 days after receipt of the demand letter. Dockage agreement was signed by RSA representative and stipulates that month-to-month dockage is $4500.

NOTE: Krutko told the GCMA that he was a month-to-month at $3000 which was printed in their March 2007 Newsletter. IMO, this was a blatant LIE by Krutko. This makes 2 lies I can substantiate by this LIAR. The dockage agreement clearly states that if the yearly lease is not renewed (at $3000 per month for a one year lease) that the dockage goes to a month-to-month lease with monthly fees of $4500.) The first lie was his posting on ROR claiming that I was an employee of United Yachts.

Details of Federal District Court Case 0:07-cv-60001-JEM Entered on FLSD Docket 01/03/2007:

January 3, 2007: Complaint entered into docket: Case 0:07-cv-60001-JEM Entered on FLSD Docket 01/03/2007. CASE NO: 07-60001 CIV MARTINEZ. Suit seeks enforcement of lien authorized by Florida statutes. Suit seeks $60,683.86 due to Seaboard (owner of Ocean Key Resort) for dockage and other fees owed.

July 9, 2007: The attorney representing RSA (KRUTKO) filed with the court a motion to withdraw as counsel. One of the reasons given was: There has been no cooperation or Response from the client in regards to the substance of his case for a while.

July 17, 2007: Judge Jose E. Martinez grants motions for defense counsel to withdrawal as attorney of record and orders defendant to obtain counsel or face default judgment.

July 17, 2007: Judge Jose E. Martinez grants motion to force sale of the vessel. It should be noted that RSA (Krutko) did not provide any defense to the motion to force a sale.

October 31, 2007: Judge Jose E. Martinez grants judgment for Seaboard ($65,230.87 plus pre-judgment and post-judgment.) This sure looks like a LOST THE CASE to me. Go ahead Robert! Please explain how this is a WIN for you! LOL!

November 5, 2007: Judge JOSE E. MARTINEZ orders award of custodial fees and credit bid ($16,320.50).

November 6, 2007: S/V REEF CAT sold at marshal's sale to Seaboard for $25,000.

November 21, 2007: Judge Jose E. Martinez orders amended final judgment. 1. Plaintiff, Seaboard Associates Limited Partnership, located at 225 108th Avenue NE, Suite 300, Bellevue WA, 98004 is hereby granted default final judgment on its claim against Defendants S/V Reef Cat f/k/a Sundance and Reef Snorkeling Adventures, Inc., in the principal amount of $65,230.87, plus $10,071.10 in prejudgment interest for a total award of $75, 301.97.

Please note that RSA Inc. is part of the mighty Special K Investments, Inc. (KRUTKO) empire.

July 30, 2008: U.S. Magistrate Judge Barry L. Garber orders additional relief to Seaboard. ORDERED that Seaboard is entitled to $2,855.08 in costs; accordingly its Motion to Tax Costs [DE 90] is GRANTED.

Capt Bill Gatchell is very shady. He let us invest almost $8,ooo of our money traveling and measuring tonnage of a boat last week. He assured us the boat was ours even making arrangments to deliver the boat to the states. He has not returned our calls and we believe he has sold the boat to another using the information we learned about the boat.

This is for Fred and Bill Gatchell, and any related manager of American Marine. The only way you are going to get this guy to stop slandering you is take legal action. As you can see someone else agrees there shady also. Billy boy is just a sock puppet for uncle freddy, I wonder if he has him trained to sit, beg, fetch?

After gatchell lied to us about being the owner and making us believe the deal was through his yacht bokerage company we found out the yacht had to be registered with the state and gatchell failed not only to do so but didnt pay the taxes. We recieved the coast guard documentation registration and were told we did not need to register with the state because it was a federal documented vessel but we did have to give him the tax money.

We found out after the theft of yacht it was required to be registered with state and taxes were never paid We also found out gatchell besides holding a broker license is a licnsed dealer which requires him by law to pay the taxes on it which he didnt. He collected but didnt pay the taxes. This man is a fraud. He also has his friend kenneth abbott do the marine survey on it then later find out his(abbots) company is not registered as a business name with the state and abbott is also a licensd yacht sales broker under gatchells company american marine yacht brokers. Gatchell also falsified other documents which are also being looked into.

American marine yacht brokers vice president gatchell scammed us and i would advise everyone to stay away from this family run scam business. The attorney who helped him draw up his sales contract on the business is alsn eckstein key west who the state just found commited a felony by auctioning off the same yacht gatchell sold us, but ecksteins other client stole from us. Do you see the scam people they are, this attorney gatchell used to scam us was involved in the illegal auction of the same yacht stolen by his other client.

Fred Gatchell sold us a boat and business which he falsified information about this sale. He is clearly shown on the bio of their web site as founder and he still calls the shots to his nephew. The only reason he is not listed on this company is for legal protection.
