Complete scam.  They strung me along for 5+ months, called to tell me they received my contract and they would call in four weeks to set up the closing.  Then their phone was disconnected in December.  Back up in January.  I called and called looking for answers.  Calls never returned.  Finally I reach someone who tells me he will call back in 15 minutes.  Never did.

Finally I reach the Customer Service Inventory Manager, who tells me the party is no longer interested in my timeshare.  I was told in August of 2009 that this was a done deal.  Immediately after my CC was charged, my "agents" phone was disconnected.  Today the manager tells me they have no way of knowing who it could be as they allow their agents to use "aliases"

Is this the mark of an honest, reputable company?  To allow fake names??

Then she smugly says to me "If you want to sell your timeshare, you would do better if you tried to sell it yourself.  Put an ad in Craaigslist, you might get $200.00.

I hear Florida AG is prosecuting them.  Go get em AG.  I hope they burn in h*ll!!!

Thanks.  I will.  HB 61 seems to have to do with the taxation revenues for timeshares.  And making debt cancellation products available.  Is this what they need to be reminded of?  I appreciate your response.
