Complaint Review: American Mattress

American mattress has sold us a mattress that began to sag after just 1 month. They will not stand behind their product. We are tired of going thru this with them. This is the 2nd time we have had to do this with them.
The first time they sold us a high end air chamber mattress. After weeks of fighting the regional manager agreed to give us credit towards another mattress. Then the mattress began to sag. And now they will not return calls or work with us at all.
Serta mattresses are a very poor quality. BUY YOUR MATTRESSES AT COSTCO. THEY ARE CHEAPER AND YOU CAN RETURN THEM!!!!
