I tried to call this company to tell them that my debit card had been disabled because my bank flagged it after someone tried to use it. I wanted to send my payment in. This hateful, hateful person would have none of it . She talked over me would not let me even explain that I want to send her the payment. She threatened me, yelled at me ....man this was my very first payment. This lady has an anger issue. Threatened me with litigation but didn't even know why I called. Bad, bad customor service. Time to contact attorney. This company is way crooked.
