Complaint Review: American Merchant Center

A few months ago I was insearch for merchant service to accept credit card. I got a flier mail to me as a advertisement. I went on and request for a quote. After accepting their offer for 2 months. I found myself getting over charge for the stuff that I was expect. Under the agreedment there were non of these charges and after 2 months later they told that I sign up for those charges. I try to call the bank that they deal with to cancel the account. They told me that I need to have the merchant service sale person to close out the account. Then I try to call them to close out the account. They then give me a bunch of other excuses and try go ignore my regards. Every time I try to cancel this service they said they will call me back and never did. So lady name Janet even said that I need to paid a cancellation fees. Now on the flier I go said "no cancellation fees". I don't know what to do now.
