I should have heeded the warnings. These are bad people!! First they lied to me about the amount of money I could earn with them. Then they would adjust the amounts I would get paid. Sometimes $20.00 sometimes 20% and at times I would not get paid for a job at all. Now that I have resigned due to my increased responsibility after my fathers passing, they refuse to pay me the money they owe me. 

Mark Rosenwasser (Owner) is responsible for the unethical business practices. He has his right hand Alyssa Allred (Director of Operations) reel you in with promises that she can not keep. And then his left hand Barbara Pucci (Human Resource/Accountant) execute your financial demise.

I was told by a field rep for SafeGaurd, their main client, that at one time American Mortgage (AMSS) was the best company and ran most of Florida, until a nasty divorce of the two principle owners left the company in disarray. Since then SafeGaurd has pulled work from the company due to potential fraudulent activities and severe over pricing. Including but not limited to entire roof replacements, when a simple roof patch was sufficient. To quoting $1,000.00 to replace a over the range hood, that is available at Home Depot for $69.00.

I was told by Alyssa Allred to inflate my bids by 50%. This is to cover the 20% SafeGaurd takes off the top and then another 25% that AMSS takes. So basically they are severely over charging their clients.

They pay out every 30 days. This is after the sub-contractor, which is me in this case has completed the work and absorbed all expenses. Including labor, materials, and fuel. This is when the games start. They are masters at developing reasons not to pay you or to adjust your agreed apon rate. Which you quoted at least 30 days prior. Tracking what work orders you are getting paid for and the mysterious adjustments is almost impossible and always in their favor.

As I mentioned before Barbara Pucci comes up with the most amazing lies about why she will not pay out. First she makes promises of future payments, if she agrees to pay at all. Then she states she is following the “rules“ that for starters you never agreed to. When asked for documentation of said rules she hides behind her phone system that she refuses to answer and fails to return e-mails. Fortunately due to her lack of intelligence or perhaps sheer arrogance I have saved all her lies via e-mail.

If I had the ability to sue to keep others from being taken advantage of I would. They know this and use it to their advantage. If you are reading this please know this is truth! The mentality of lies and thievery starts at the top and trickles down to the bottom. This is a true ripoff, not only of your efforts but also their clients.
