I put a $475.00 deposit on a moving quote.  I was told in order to get that best price, that was necessary.

They e mailed a contract for me to sign.  I didn't sign it, because I had questions.  I left several messages, but no one returned my calls.

Even without a signed contract, a move was scheduled.  On the date of my move they called and said they were at the location.  I said I would be there within 1 minute.  When I got to the location, there was no one there.  I called and they said they were there, but couldn't wait.  I don't know if they were there.

I called and said I wanted my deposit back.  I talked and e mailed with Max Bruno and he told me no via e mail.  When I e mailed him back, and said I never had a contract, he stopped communicating with me.

I tried to contact them again, but no response.  I did not get my deposit back.
