My order is supposed to be "new" but it looks used. The music stand of the keyboard I bought has rusts where it used to fit on the keyboard (so it has been attached before and for a while too).

The user's guide has scribbles on it, pages have large folds and are bent. My purchase was supposed to include an AD power supply (AC Adaptor) but it doesn't. Instead they are selling the adaptor for $12.95. And the the USB cable is not included, it's supposed to be.

How am I supposed to use the keyboard I bought for $129.00?

Anyway, I emailed the store this info and they never emailed back. When I called customer service to ask for a return authorization number, I told them I emailed to get things resolved but they didn't care. The person on the other line just said, oh, lots of people read the emails, it wasn't me.

So, I'm stuck paying the $30.00 return shipping. I will never buy from this company again. I wish I read the other ripoff report on this company and saved myself the hassle and $.
