Originator of American Noodle Bar, Chef Michael Bloise, made a great place to eat.
When he left in April 2011 the quality of the food and service left with him.
Now run by his former partners and a much less accomplished cook, the quality of the food matches the service and quality of McDonalds and Burger King.
Even Wendy's is better than The American Noodle Bar. Don't waste your time or money.
