Complaint Review: American One Stop LLC / Matt Nolan

I took bids on adding a fence to my home and settled on this company. He was very nice and gave a good estimate but said he would send me the written estimate by email but never did. He installed the fence but used the chepest gate system and left gaps at both gates of 3" on each side of 2 gates. He was to repair the gaps but always had a reason why he could not come back. It has been well over 2 months, he finally came out to fix my gates this week. Did not even come to my door, I went outside and he said he was fixing them and would be finished soon. Did a terrible job where actually the gates will not open because the gate binds on the fence. The gate also sags and is just a poor job. 

Do not trust this company, he will lie and does not stand behind his work. I am reporting him to the county and city to ask them to check if he pulls permits on his jobs, probably not. I am also turning over to my attorney to deal with him.

I have over a months worth of text messages saying that he will fix the fence and where he never came out. Once he did he left it worst than it was.

He says he gives a year warranty but that is a lie as well.

This contractor can not be trusted.
