Complaint Review: American Pegasus

I have been scammed by PAR and American Pegasus on behalf of Synergy, Synergy I found out has went out of Business, and these people are coming along pretending to be Synergy. I went on the website and typed in American Pegasus and Lord and behold found out that Benjamin Chui, was listed from The Sec to not participate in any type of auto loans for 5 yrs, because of his fraudulent activities, please be aware of these people. They are going around repoing peoples vehicle cause they did mines after I have already had it for 2 yrs, with a pay off date of 2011. I have always dealt with Synergy, I don't know these foreign people and I was not going to send any type money to them, Sunday Jan 3rd they sent A Auto Recovery to take my vehicle, and is now telling me to refinance it, first of all you had no right to take it, because when Synergy disappeared, they NEVER sent out any certified letters stating they are going out of business or selling to anyone, So how would we know who to pay, no valid address, or phone number, so what were customers to do. I have an Attorney who specializes in this type of activity and is helping me, they can keep the car, I'm suing for the money loss to me and the car!
