american photo restoration Refuses to give me my refund and ignores my phones calls and hangs up on me. I returned my product because i was not satisfied with he out come and then this guy decides to play games. los angeles, California
I paid for my pictures for my parents anniversary to get restored, well when the pictures arrived it was not to my satifaction so I called and complained about them. I resent oringinal pitures to get redone and those pictures when they arrived were still the same not professional pictures. So ic alled the company and ask them to refund me my money they advise me to mail back the last set of pictures which i did and i will get my refund. Well its been 3 months now and still no refund, when i call the company they tell me that they still have not gotten the returns and will not process my refund....i kept calling and they would put me on hold and then hang up the phone. So i am completely fed and tired of this and want something done.
I am actiev duty military and this really ticks me off because you pay for something that you are promised a refund if not satisfied and then people play games. This guy should be shut down. I have filed a complaint with BBB and he ignored them also, then I filed a complaint with my bank and they could not do anything becasue its over 60 days old.
What a bunch of crooks.
