Complaint Review: American Poets Society

My 11yr old Daughter sent her poem to American Poets Society in Oct. 04 in December 04 They send us a letter asking if she would like to have her poem place in a up coming book called Expressions. I paid 49.95 and never recieved a book. I have contacted the company 5 times and have never recieved any information back from them. It makes me so mad that they have miss lead and taken advantage of my Daughter dreams of being a poet someday. I'm not sure who else to contact about this issue. I hope someone else will read this and have some ideas. Thank you for lisening.
