I am filing this complaint today so others that are lured in do not make the same mistake I did!! Anthony Lewand, Richard Kern & Jeff Altman with American Power & Light AKA Space Energy Terrestrial are Scam artists!! Their principal offices are located at 1994 East Sunrise Blvd.
If you receive any calls from any one of these phone numbers, BEWARE because they might make up an Alias. Their numbers are 954-682-5595, 954-608-6969, 954-338-7690, 954-325-6930 & 801-847-6969 Dont trust them!! As they lie very convincingly!!!
They solicited me back in October of 2009 to enter into an agreement as an ISO, Independent sales office to recruit prospects/business owners to switch their electricity over to American Power & light. I invested a lot of time, energy, money placing ads, recruiting sales personnel for my call center & phone time working for months without ever seeing one dime. One deal that I know of that was signed, sealed & delivered was a company named Little Ricks Caf which I was due a $2,400 commission & they basically would come up with one excuse after another as to why my wire was not sent.
Apparently, this is their normal un-ethical business practices to have people work for them & pocket the commissions earned & not payout one penny.
Rip Off Report.com is only one of many complaints that I intend to file including the State Attorney General, the FTC & many other regulatory agencies in addition to sueing them in Broward County Court. I just want to make sure that anyone that is considering working for them or doing business with these people, you should think twice because chances are they will have you working for nothing

"This is a retraction to the posting I made recently on ripoffreport.com regarding Richard Kern, Anthony Lewand , Jeff Altman and American Power & Light and Space Energy Terrestrial. I was mistaken about my facts.
In fact American Power and Light is not related to Space Energy Terrestrial in anyway.
In fact I have not been ripped off by any of these gentlemen or companies.
I sincerely wanted to apologize for posting the negativity prematurely as it is false.
I have been shown that the deal in question between myself and American Power and Light was not due to me as I thought and American Power Light went so far as to advance me a commission until then, so as far as I am concerned they have settled up with me in full. They are very honest & furthermore their integrity speaks for itself.
I would definitely recommend working for them &/or doing business with them as they have proved their self to be good honest business people."
