Complaint Review: American Prize Reports

Like the previous reports on this scam i also received a letter in 11/07 stating i had won a cash prize & to call the ph# listed & enter my winning identification #. A women came on the line saying congratulations on my chance to win the $1,9000.000.000.

But she then wanted me to subscribe to 3 magazines at a "discount price" i told her i was not interested & she put me through to her " supervisor" to confirm my order? I told this women i was not interested, she then got rude & hung up!!! i knew then that was a scam.

I then received this letter from APR & realized that this was another letter from that same company. Whatever you do don't send them a check for $19.99 or any amount. that will give these leaches access to your checking account info & that would be a nightmare in itself.
Thankfully Ripoff report exists to help detour some of todays scams.
