On February 12, 2007 I received a letter stating I had won 1.9 million dollars from Donald Turner, President of APR. I completed the necessary paperwork and sent a check in the amount of 19.99 on February 16, 2007. However, I have yet to receive any cash prize and the check has been cashed since this time.

Let me get this straight. You received a letter from someone you don't know, telling you that you won money from a lottery or sweepstakes you never entered, asking you for money. Does that not seem just a little strange to you ???
No legitimate lottery or sweepstakes requires money up front. Think about it. Wouldn't they just take it out of your winnings, if indeed it were required ????
Well, you have paid for your greed and ignorance. Thank goodness it wasn't more than $20.
Next time, check ROR FIRST !!! Read the thousands of reports about this same scam.
