I was sent a letter stating I won $1,900,000.00. First, you need to send them back $ 19.99 for a report fee. This is the second letter I have recieved. I was scammed before & will not fall for this again. It says you can enjoy your winnings in as little as 3 weeks.. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.!!!!!!!! THIS HAS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT.
