This company AMERICAN PRO MOVING AND STORAGE from illinois is a total ripoff bunch, promised delivery in 3-10 days were late by 4 days, were very rude demanded extra money for delivery and other things and after taking cash at delivery site dumped my stuff on the first floor instead of delivering as promised did not assembly any furniture as promised and ran away in a unethical way with no lack of sincerity, also used packing material excuses to charge 50 percent more than the quote overall they are the worst movers you can ever get stay away from them.
