Complaint Review: American Public University

This school is a rip off!! Their staff is very unprofessional and lack training. When you face problems at this university it is hard to get in touch with anybody the school sends you to a voicemail or advices you to email them instead of calling and they NEVER reply back. Their online class portal is down most of the time for what they call "maintenance" this is not a good online school to chose for futhering your education. the school's staff only care about MONEY not students please don't waste your time at this school.
