Ok, I will be reinstating what everyone has said, while adding more information of my own experience with ARN - American Radio Network...

Day 1 - The listed Craigslist add. I was pulled in by the initial craigslist add.... ""Premiere Radio Network affiliate is searching for new radio voices. (Los Angeles Ca & Irvine Ca)"".... After reading on it state the following....

The recorded Phone Call - I after receiving this auto reply email called the given phone number for the Los Angeles area. The Message Gave you brief detail of the company as well as the add and then gave a building surrounding detail of the side blocks and gave the address of the building stating after that "This Email Will Not Replay, you much call back and re-hear the entire recording to gain any misheard information." they State that they have two interview day 1st being Wednesday the second being Saturday.

Day 2 - Walking in to the building - you notice the "ARN" Sign on the top right of the building is old an pealing back, Grungy looking. steeping threw the gate seems a little uninviting. The Lobby is Dark and much needing of some updating ( for a company of near 50 years should have enough funds to afford a little updating. the soda machine in the lobby looked about 30 year old. there was a small 12 inch  T.V Attached to the front window playing a commercial they Pre-Recorded, Above it was a printed sticker saying " Dont Not Touch T.V., You Wil Be FINED!!!" ..... Not Very Business Like Judging that Possible Guest stars for interview would be walking to to be interviewed.... come to think of it , there was nothing stating and awards, guest star appearance, or Anything for that matter showing threw out the establishment.

The Interview -  sitting down in a small room with a television and radio mic hook up from the 70's made it a very ugly place to the eye. an once again needed allot of updating. A old movie from the beginning of when the establishment opend was played to inform everyone of the history of ARN. The sound was scratchy and the speakers were blown, great first impression for a future employee of a radio company...

They then after giving some light on the subjects listed in packets they give you threw out the "GROUP" interview, you are asked to step into a small 5'ft by 7'ft closet with some very old recording stuff inside and are told to read off the scripted then sit back in the interview room and ask questions.

Day 3- I was called in for the orientations that Sunday, I when i asked for a contract for the 98$ agreement there was none, I asked for a tour of the facility ( being interested in the film portion and supposed green screen and kitchen , they wouldn't do one, the lady taking money was real nasty an rude when I asked ?'s i went with my gut an walked out- check out the photos of documents I posted they gave me in the interview, SCAM!
Better Business Bereau was negative as well.=/
