When I talked on the phone with them I told them to delete my card# because I can't afford it. Unfortunately I gave them my card# prior to that and then realized what I did and told them not to take anything out that I don't want anything. They asked me if I wanted to think about it for a couple of days and I told them NO. They went ahead and took $37.00 out on 12/14/07 without my approval anyway and say I still owe them $444.00. They overdrew my account and put me in the hole roughly $40.00. I emailed what I thought is there address, but, no response. I ordered them to put it back because I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT. As far as I am concerned THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT which I am being charged another $28.00 for insufficient funds, I only had $6.00 to my name. Someone please help me to get my money back plus charges. I am due in Seattle for surgery and need it, plus, to get there by the 23rd of January. I already missed my scheduled operation for the 4th of Dec. and CANNOT MISS THIS APPOINTMENT. Again if anybody can help, without cost to me,I would love it greatly.
