American Recreation Products * Swissgear I purchased a twin air bed that was to be 100% leak tested, but upon inflating it leaked air. In order to receive a Free Swiss knife offer I mailed the receipt and upc code to them. I tried to return the bed to the retailer where I purchased it and they said I needed the upc and the receipt. I have tried Four Times to ask the Am. Rec .Products to suggest what to do. They havn't answered Saint Louis Missouri
The main Complaint with this company is that they will not even reply to me about the problem I have. The bed leaked upon opening and I have sent the Co. my receipt and upc code in order to receive a free Swiss knife (which I never receved) and the retaileer that I purchased the bed from needs both the upc and receipt to make a refund. I wish they would reply or even let me know that they can do nothing to help me.
