arc twin lakes....the biggest rip off's in this area. we pay an outrageous ammount of lot rent...the lake is filthy,poluted. ducks and geese leave their droppings all over. basically the park is run down...has been for years. they want no toys or children outside. play area? a slide. the pool is open,but if it rains three drops forget about it. have been asking for years to get trees cleaned out. one felll and broke my kids picnic table in the back yard....no they are "fining me for it????? they are rude,harass everyone....and for all of this we are going to 715.00 a month
