Non-Disclosure of water damaged building ,sold to senior citizen with heart condition. After several days in unit, discovered by professional air, floor samples ( confirmed by PHD in microbiology) to have extremely high levels of the three most dangerous toxic molds producing mycotoxins, Stachybotry's, Penicillium, Aspergillus. (used as biological weapons) could have killed me, had I not gotten out in time (ACTUALLY it still can) Forced to sleep out on porch for weeks, as unable to breathe and many horrible ailments no one should have to suffer. They even want me to pay lot rent, to sleep outside!) Having had the problem solved as to the source of most of water damage, the A/C repaired, did as much cleaning with biocides as I could, ripping water damaged carpet out (FULL OF BLACK MOLD ) double bagging as HAZARDOUS waste and disposing of properly as per guidelines of CDC....later to be told by the manager at the time "You should have saved that carpet and padding, I could have had it cleaned and put it back down, now I have to buy new carpet." OMG,  Ignorance and non-caring attitude of these people is unspeakable, to put lives at risk for a buck. The home needs total remediation of mold, there are many empty homes here that are loaded  with mold ( most belong to private owners who have abandoned the units)...I will continue to monitor the unit ( which I am out of) and alert proper city /government agencies  of situation. May save a life here.  I was promised reimbursement of A/C repair ($615, adjustment of sales taxes ( $700+) moving reimbursement, utility change over, ect. I have lost THOUSANDS of dollars because of their NEGLIGENCE, resulting in medical bills , personal property losses, and lost wages, as too sick to even walk much less work. They just think I will go away , I will be their TOXIC MOLD ! They must think people who buy from them are stupid ( knowing what I know now, I would agree) HOWEVER, I am far from stupid, and I have the guts and the balls to fight back . So the right thing to have done (for them, was pay my nearly $2000) big FN deal ( I lost thousands and still sick ) when I'm sick I get MAD just like a kid, I want relief, I want justice, most of all I want people to TRUST NO ONE not here not anywhere anymore, let them earn your trust. EYES WIDE OPEN !

I also bought a mobile home in a ARC community that was toxic with mold. I moved out and put the  mobile home up for sale . I wanted to live in a secure place and it was a gated community until the bar fell off the gate and was never replaced. I was burglurized as a result of no security along with management not changing the locks prior to my purchasing the home.
After my lot rent became overdue by 2 months, I was evicted from the community and was expected to move my home within 5 days. I went to the court hearing on the date set for mediation and was told my case was removed from the docket and I would recieve a letter via mail explaining.
I never recieved a letter, and on Dec 28th, when I went by to get my mail and check on my property, there was a dumpster in my driveway and all my possessions were in it. All the pictures, war medals of my father and brother and my deceased childs cremated remains were destroyed by ARC.
When I confronted ARC management , I was told I no longer owned my home .I asked how this was possible, and was told I could buy my remaining possessions from ARC for 3200.00 if I paid by noon the next day, then I would still have to buy back my home @ auction and reapply to live there and be approved again.
ARC published a legal notice in the paper saying I abandoned my home and it was being auctioned off on Feb 11, 2011. I checked with DMV and my mobile home is still titled in my name so how can someone else be living in my home without my permission and if I no longer own it as ARC says, why is it still in my name ??
ARC has yet to explain this to me but they will be explaining it to my attorney very soon.
