On 10/29/2007 I made an over the phone credit card purchase with American Revolution for two machined and chromed Harley Davidson Fatboy wheels, new bearings, new tires mounted and balanced, two new polished rotors, a new chromed belt pulley, all for over $1400 plus a $500 core deposit for my exchange wheels. Estimate delivery date 12/14/2007.

There have been apologies, excuses, and promises on a couple of occasions, but for the most part communications with the company has been nearly impossible. Pictures of completed wheels were sent on February 28, 2008 with intent to ship as soon as tires were mounted and balanced. Currently I am unable to communicate with the company and don't know if or when they ever will fulfill their contractual obligations.

Mr. Arnold of Fort Morgan, CO has received all parts except his tires. We agreed to refund the tire purchase to Mr. Arnold, which was processed on July 8th. Transaction is complete to the satisfaction of the customer.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to our customer's concern. Mr. Good ordered custom wheels with tires, rotors, and pulleys. Our longest lead time item is the custom wheels. Typically, they take 2 months to complete. In this case, we were delayed the holidays and we moved our warehouse.

The first package has shipped to the customer and was received. See below tracking information. The balance of the customers order will ship within the next week. The wheels have been completed, but did not get the tires installed yet. Once installed, they will be shipped out also.
