Unprofessional roofers who are led by a man named Keith who refused to connect with the company who owned the tarps that sealed our homes during a roofing insurance claim.
As president of our neighborhood I was shocked to have Kieth actively accoste me with the statement, “you don’t know who you are talking to,” in response to my request for him to please reach out directly to the RestoPro tarp company so that they may open and reseal the tarp according to the proper procedures approved by our neighborhood.
Keith’s negligence and refusal to work with other companies involved has made his roofing company a business that I would never recommend. He even went as far as yelling while hanging up the phone in the middle of being provided the contact details for the tarp company.
(regardless of whatever waiver they force a homeowner with an active leak to sign due diligence goes along way when adding empathy to the way you carry your business. The one roof they came out for is attached to other homes and now three other families have active leaks due to this companies gross negligence of not reaching out to the RestPro company who would have gladly opened and resealed the tarp properly for them to make the repairs)
