Me and Teresa entered into a contract with with american home programs, threw Mark Sanders out of tampa florida on a house in kansas city missouri when we moved into the house there was no furnance hot water heater nor no kitchen appliances, the house has several issues
one the elect is not up to code ,also the roof has new layer of shingles and five under it.
We have squirrels coming and going in and out of the house, the windows have no screens on them and no screen doors on house.sagging kitchen and dinning room floors.plumbing is not right and there is no insulation in the house,no central air like we were told.all the contracters say they are owed money and Lance from remax reality said he is owed money. also some company out of Phoinex Az has bought this house and others that mark sanders had owned.
they believe thes proipertys are all good and are demanding rent payments. we dealed on this property with the ideal that we had already been approved on a HMA loan that turns out to be false, weve already got over 8000 dollars tied up in this an not seeing apossible way to own this property nor is our credit being cleaqned up as was told by mark sanders
