On May 1, I purchased the online Florida 2-15 Insurance License Course through American Safety Council for $140. Registered for online course, but could not proceed without required coursebook - which is to be mailed to home address. 10 days go by, I reach out and they tell me it was mailed from Orlando on May 2.

I am in Jacksonville, so I should have received in 3-5 days at most.  They say allow ten business days to receive. They do not offer tracking information for shipment, nor do they offer digital version of coursebook. I reach out on May 16. I still have not received coursebook and am requesting a refund. They refuse to refund until I return the coursebook. 

I cannot return something I never received in the first place, so it looks like I just lost $140 spent on a course I cannot even take. It's funny, I was just trying to invest in myself, build my resume, and broaden the possibilites for me and my children, as a single mom - those were my intentions when signing up for this course.

Now, I have lost $140 - nothing to show for it! Now - the amount of time I would have been spending on the course - well I'm spending that time getting the word out, so hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else!
