I was contacted one week ago today, 7/20/11, and told I had received a cashier's check for a large amount of money ($175,000).  The person contacting me said she represented Campbell Law Firm in Florida.  She told me that the check had passed its expiration date and therefore I must send $685.25 to reprocess the check.  I told her I didn't have that kind of money and besides a legitimate contest prize did not ask for money.  She said it was not a scam and the reason I had to pay was because the check had expired.  She told me I had received the check in April but must have thrown it out (believe me if I had received a legitimate check I would have cashed it; I am destitute).

Idiot me borrowed against my car title and sent the money.  Then I was told that the bank's escrow fund was closed because I had not cashed the check in time so now I had to contact a person at the Bank of America and arrange to pay $1295. in order for them to redraw the check and deposit it into my account.  Meantime, my bank called me and asked me why my account was overdrawn and it seems that the money that the person who loaned me the money to use had closed his account and now I am overdrawn.  Not only that, but I also owe the money on my car title that I borrowed.   I am beating myself up over being so stupid.

I now have no money to eat for the rest of the month until lmy next Social Security check comes in and when it does, every penny will have to go to pay off the money I borrowed.  The man who paid my credit card off said he was with the Bank of America and once I got the money together all I had to do was pay him back, and when I told him that his account had been closed and the money he had so blithely told me to use was from a closed account, he said, "no problem, I'll fix it."  I will call you.  This is supposedly a person with the Bank of America.  I told him if he did not correct this mistake by Friday I would contact a lawyer, the people in management at Bank of America, the Federal Trade Commission, etc.

I am so angry I could spit nails.  Why do these people prey on older citizens who have no income?  I guess because they are the ones who are the easiest to convince, since they need the money so much.   Earlier today, while I was waiting for the man to call me from Bank of America, ironically I received 4 calls from Jamaica saying I had won a Publisher's Clearing House prize of $2,500,000.  Thank God I am aware of how they pay their prizes and know a person is not asked for a shipping fee of $5,000.   Thank you for letting me get this off my chest.

The mainstream media in the United States operates much in the same way that these scammers operate. They prey upon innocent and unsuspecting people by manipulating them into believing in lies.

Example: If you watch Network T.V. in the USA, you will be able to notice that the majority of the advertisers, especially during the National evening News, are Pharmaceutical companies who are advertising (pushing) prescription medication. Some of these drugs are for erectile dysfunction, depression, and other so-called diseases.

The majority of Americans believe that prescription medication will make them better, but these pills actually do more harm in the long run because they only treat the symptoms and don't do anything to treat the actual cause.

The actual cause of almost all diseases in the USA are a result of the food that most Americans consume, the water that most Americans drink, lack of exercise, and other lifestyle choices, like- smoking, drinking too much alcohol, etc. Believe it or not, the reason that so many Americans are 'depressed' is because they are living a lie. When someone is 'living a lie', they will always become depressed and confused.

The ones who are 'directing' most Americans into living this lie are the ones who control the mainstream media, the banking system, and believe it or not, the U.S. government.

You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts to see who controls the minds of almost every American. They also control the way that most Americans chose to live their lives, because it makes the ones in those charts extremely wealthy. Keep in mind that mortgages in the USA are ultimately controlled by the ones listed in those charts, because they control the banking system.

Proof: Take a look at some of the companies listed in those charts. Exxon Corporation is one of them, right? Exxon Corporation is listed in 'Chart 3'. You can 'Google' this- GAS PRICES DRIVE EXXON MOBIL PROFIT UP 41%, and read the related articles on the web that just came out today.

Proof: Look at some of the companies listed in 'Chart 1'. Lehman Brothers is one of them, correct? Lehman Brothers was one of the the companies responsible for the meltdown of the banking system in September of 2008. Simply 'Google' this- FRONTLINE: INSIDE THE MELTDOWN, and watch it on the web for proof.

Proof: JP Morgan is another company listed in 'Chart 1'. JP Morgan has taken out $11 Billion in 'secret life insurance policies' on its employees. Just 'Google' this- BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES, and read the articles for proof. They were also involved in the mortgage mess, along with Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan were both named in a 60 Minutes segment back in early 2009 for 'speculating', or better put- manipulating the price of oil. Simply 'Google' this- DID SPECULATION FUEL OIL PRICE WINGS, and watch it on the web for proof.

Proof: Chrysler Corp. and General Motors were collapsing in 2008 and needed to be bailed-out with TAXPAYER'S money from the TARP, right? Both companies appear in 'Chart 3'.

Proof: NBC is one of the companies that is bombarding the American people with commercials promoting prescription medication, especially during Prime Time. NBC appears in 'Chart 5'. Take a look at who is listed in 'Chart 4'. (Twentieth Century Fox Corporation). I believe that Mr. Rupert Murdoch controls News Corporation, which also controls Fox T.V., correct? Make sure to stay at this site and type in 706875 and read Ripoff Report #706875 and all of the consumer comments for additional proof that the mainstream media is out to make PROFITS by destroying people's lives in the USA and in Europe.

***To sum it all up, the United States of America, and Europe, are being controlled by a cartel of bankers and other so-called 'corporate elite', who are out to destroy the lives of millions upon millions of innocent and unsuspecting people by manipulating them into believing in lies, so they and the companies that they control can make HUGE PROFITS. (Most of the politicians in the USA and in Europe work 'for' these bankers and other so-called 'corporate elite'.)

P.S. The reason that the USA and parts of Europe are collapsing is because the lie is being exposed. Once a lie is exposed, it's only a matter of time until the collapse takes place.
Simply 'Google' this- A CREDIT CARD YOU WANT TO TOSS, and go to the BusinessWeek article from Feb. 7, 2008, and read the comment that was posted on February 21, 2008 at 3:03 AM for proof. (That comment was posted seven months BEFORE the collapse of the banking system and the stock market crash, which occurred in September of 2008.) The comment appears on, or around, 'Page 41' in the comments section to that BusinessWeek article.

Good luck to you.
