I was called on my cell phone (which annys me), by a male who had a hard time speaking English, although he is a native speaker. He had difficulty with the last constanant of each sylable. After I informed him I was not interested, he told me"Well, just hang up the phone then." He then called me an a*****e. I assumed he thought I was off the phone. I called back asking him for his supervisor. He hung up on me, twice.
