I brought a sofas from American Signature Furniture,  for $373.42 and after about 4 or 5 months the Springs and Cushions became very soft.   They came out and replace the cushions and about 2 months later they came out and said, the sofas was Defective.  I pick the sofas up and did not have it Delivery. They told me to come in the store and pick another sofas and they could not give me my money.

So, I went in the store and pick out new sofas for $583.12 on 09-19-11. This time I pay for delivery and the pick up the defective sofas on 10-04-11.  The new sofas left side start drop a 1/2 inch on the 10-14-11 just 10 days later, they tech. man said, the left side springs have drop.  They call me and told me if I pay $179.00 for delivery I can get another sofas. They are Ripping me off and keep giving me defective sofas and will not give me my money back.
