The store in Duluth, Georgia offers awful customer service. I paid for my merchandise in 02/2006. Here it is April and they still won't deliver my furniture! This is not the first I have heard of this. They say you live and learn! Well, I say don't be a fool and give your money away to American Signature Furniture. The game they run is to tell you that your invoice has been faxed to a store that is on the opposite side of where the furniture is to be delivered.

When you try to reschedule they give you the run around. They also will tell you that you are not in the computer and they have no recollection of your account! After eight weeks of beating around the bush, I have to follow up with legal action. They will insult you and offer you USED floor merchandise! I was also told if I was not present for my assigned delivery date, I would not get my furniture!!

BE SMART AND DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT RIPS PEOPLE OFF AND OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT BELIVE IN GOOD SERVICE TOWARDS PAYING CUSTOMERS!

You should just get your money back

Coming from an ex Manager at one of the Georgia stores, waiting for furniture is not a big deal. If you are buying something for your home it is worth the wait. If they call you and tell you the vendor has pushed the date back then you as a consumer have the option to wait, reselect, or get your money back. You have chosen to wait this long. I once waited three months for a matching refrigerator and stove for my new home (because it was what I wanted.) I work for a prominent furniture store and things are custom made customers wait up to six months for things. Don't get mad just get your money back and go to another furniture store and get something else and watch how fast it tears up on you. Looking back you really can not beat the prices and quality you get at American Signature but, remember you have the option to get your money back.
